Digital products — all sales are final
All packdrop.art products are digital downloads. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or order cancellations for digital purchases, except where required by applicable law.
No physical item is shipped. Your purchase provides access to the digital files described on the product page.
Check your pack before purchasing
Please review the product description, included files, dimensions, formats, software compatibility and Commercial License before purchasing. Change of mind, an accidental purchase, or not having suitable software does not qualify for a voluntary refund.
Problems with your files?
If files are missing, corrupt, inaccessible or materially different from the description, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and help you access the correct files. This policy does not remove any remedy you are entitled to under applicable law.
