packdrop.art Commercial License Version 1.0 — effective 30 September 2026 Seller: packdrop.art Contact: support@packdrop.art 1. What this license covers This license applies to the digital artwork files included in the pack identified in your paid packdrop.art order (the “Resources”). The purchaser named in that order is the licensee. Purchasing a pack grants permission to use the Resources under these terms; it does not transfer ownership or exclusive rights. Website previews alone do not grant this license. A sandbox or test order is for testing only and grants no commercial usage rights. 2. Your permission to use the Resources After confirmed payment, packdrop.art grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license, subject to these terms and the rights packdrop.art is able to grant. You may use and modify the Resources in personal and commercial projects, including websites, social media, advertising, presentations, packaging, client work, and finished digital designs. You may produce and sell physical products, including print-on-demand (POD) products such as shirts, mugs, stationery, stickers, and posters. Artwork may be the main design on a physical product. There is no limit on the number of projects, sales, or physical copies, and no additional per-use royalty. Attribution is appreciated but not required. 3. Finished digital products and client work You may deliver or sell finished, flattened digital designs that incorporate the Resources as part of a wider design. Do not deliver the original Resources or an extractable resource collection. A digital product must not function as a substitute for purchasing the pack. A client may use the finished work you create for that client. If the client needs the original Resources to make their own designs, they must obtain their own license. 4. Team members and production providers The license covers one purchasing individual or business. Employees and contractors may access the Resources only to work on that licensee's projects, under confidentiality and restrictions consistent with this license. A printer or POD provider may receive files only as needed to fulfill the licensee's orders. Do not authorize a provider to offer the Resources to other customers, add them to a shared design library, or use them independently. You remain responsible for authorized collaborators' handling of the files. Do not share account credentials or download links. Unrelated people or businesses must purchase their own licenses. 5. Uses that are not permitted You may not sell, sublicense, give away, share, or redistribute the Resources as source files, clip art, stock assets, digital stickers, downloadable art files, resource bundles, or competing packs. This restriction also applies to modified Resources when they are offered as reusable resources. Do not include the Resources in editable templates or tools that allow others to extract or reuse them independently. Do not claim you created the original Resources, claim exclusive ownership over them, or register the Resources themselves as a trademark. You may claim rights in your own original contributions to a finished work where applicable. Do not use the Resources unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights or falsely implies their endorsement. 6. AI-generated artwork and third-party rights The Resources are AI-generated illustrations curated by packdrop.art. Copyright protection for AI-generated material varies by jurisdiction; no promise is made that every image is copyrightable, exclusive, or eligible for registration. This license grants only the permissions packdrop.art can grant and does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, logos, people, buildings, artwork, or other protected subject matter that may be depicted or resembled. No model or property releases are included. Consider whether your particular use needs additional permissions. Do not present the illustrations as official postage, an official city or brand product, or an endorsement. 7. Delivery and support This is a digital product; no physical item is shipped. The product page states the included formats and dimensions. Keep your own backup after downloading. For missing, corrupt, inaccessible, or materially misdescribed files, contact support@packdrop.art with your order reference so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. This license does not waive any mandatory consumer rights, refund rights, or remedies available under applicable law. 8. Refunds and termination If the purchase is fully refunded or finally reversed, the license for that purchase ends and download access may be revoked. Stop making new uses of the Resources and remove source copies from your and your collaborators' storage, except where retention is legally required. A separate valid purchase remains unaffected. A material breach of these terms may result in termination; where a breach can be remedied, packdrop.art will give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Nothing in this section restricts rights that applicable law does not allow to be restricted. 9. License versions and questions The version recorded with your order governs that purchase. Later changes do not retroactively reduce the permissions granted by that version. These terms do not impose an exclusive court, waive statutory protections, or transfer third-party rights. If part of the license cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
