What this license covers This license applies to the digital planner identified in your paid order: the supplied linked PDF, original full-page PNG layouts and accompanying customer documents (the “Planner Files”). The product description and included item list identify the volume, page counts and files supplied. Each volume is a separate product; this license does not grant access to other volumes. The purchaser is the licensee. Purchasing grants permission to use the Planner Files under these terms; it does not transfer ownership or exclusive rights. Public previews, mockups or possession of a shared file alone do not grant a license. This is a personal-use planner; the Commercial License for graphic resource packs does not apply. 2. Your permission to use the Planner Files After confirmed payment, packdrop.art grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, continuing license for personal, non-commercial planning and journaling by the purchaser and members of their own household, subject to these terms and the rights packdrop.art can grant. You may download and store files on your personal devices, keep private backups, import the supplied PDF or PNG pages into a compatible note-taking or drawing app, duplicate pages within your private notebooks, write or draw on a separate annotation layer, and resize or print copies for your household. Attribution for private use is appreciated but not required. The original PNGs and PDF page artwork remain flattened images. The supplied PDF contains internal contents links and return-to-contents links; these links do not make printed artwork or labels editable. No fillable form fields or app-specific notebook are promised. 3. Household scope and separate permission The license does not include redistribution to students, clients, another household, a school, club, community group or business. Personal private planning about your own work is permitted; selling the planner, giving reusable pages to colleagues or clients, or distributing branded or modified templates is not. You retain rights in the notes and personal content you add; permission to redistribute the underlying artwork is not granted by adding notes or changing colors. 4. Printing and file security You may provide files to a printing service solely to make permitted household copies. The provider must not retain them for independent use, sell them, supply them to others or add them to a shared library. Request deletion after fulfillment except where retention is legally required. Keep source files, backups, accounts, access passwords and private download links private. Do not upload reusable planner pages to public cloud folders, shared resource libraries, social media or publicly accessible notebooks. No transfer or sublicensing of this license is permitted. 5. Uses that are not permitted Do not sell, share, give away, upload or redistribute Planner Files or reusable reproductions, including traced, scanned, recolored, edited or reformatted versions. Do not sell printed planners, create print-on-demand merchandise, republish a digital notebook, bundle the artwork as stock assets, downloadable stickers or editable templates, or use the supplied artwork in advertising or client designs. Do not claim original authorship, exclusive ownership or trademark rights in the supplied artwork. No unlawful use, infringement or false endorsement is permitted. These restrictions do not remove rights applicable law independently provides. 6. AI artwork and third-party rights The illustrations and page artwork were created with AI tools, reviewed and prepared by packdrop.art. Copyright protection for AI material varies by jurisdiction. No promise is made that every image is copyrightable, exclusive or eligible for registration. This license grants only rights packdrop.art can grant; no third-party trademark, character, model, property or other rights are transferred. No endorsement or release is implied. 7. Digital delivery and compatibility The standard PDF + PNG edition supplies 50 original opaque PNG layouts and a 53-page PDF containing those layouts plus three contents pages. A volume may include a cover among its 50 original layouts; consult the item list. English labels and writing/date fields are blank and undated. Native PNG dimensions are measured and disclosed for each volume; slight dimension differences may occur. PDF images are compressed for practical download size while PNG source bytes are preserved. The PDF includes internal navigation, not editable text or fillable fields. No native notebook files, dated calendar, physical stationery, devices, software, props or art supplies are included. Use a compatible app to import PDF/PNG files and add annotations. Hyperlink behavior depends on the app and its viewing mode; no universal app compatibility is promised. Native resolution is preserved; no 300-DPI print-resolution promise is made. Keep a private backup. For missing, corrupt, inaccessible or materially misdescribed files, contact us with your order reference. For Etsy orders use Etsy Messages; for website orders use [email protected]. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. 8. Refunds and termination Digital purchases follow the policy shown at purchase. Digital sales are final except where applicable law or the relevant marketplace requires a refund or remedy. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. For a full refund or final payment reversal, permission granted by that purchase ends to the extent allowed by law and download access may be revoked. Stop new uses and remove retained digital source copies unless lawful retention is required; this does not require destruction of your personal notes or affect a separate valid purchase. Material breach may lead to termination; where remediable, written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy will be provided. Nothing here restricts rights the law does not allow to be restricted. 9. Version and questions The license supplied or recorded with the purchase governs that purchase. Future versions do not retroactively reduce previously granted permissions. These terms do not impose an exclusive court or waive statutory protections.
