Coloring Book Personal-use License Version 1.1 — effective 8 October 2026 Seller: packdrop.art Contact: [email protected] 1. What this license covers This license applies to the printable coloring-book PDFs, optional cover and related artwork supplied with the coloring-book title identified in your paid order (the “Book Files”). The adult purchaser named in that order is the licensee. It covers that purchaser and the people in their own household, including children under their care. Purchasing grants permission to use the Book Files under these terms; it does not transfer ownership or exclusive rights. Public previews, mockups and access to a shared file alone do not grant a license. This is a Personal-use License for coloring books. The Commercial License for graphic resource packs does not apply. 2. Your permission to use the Book Files After confirmed payment, packdrop.art grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, continuing license for personal, non-commercial use in your own household, subject to these terms and the rights packdrop.art can grant. You may download and store the files on your personal devices, keep private backup copies, print any or all purchased coloring pages, and reprint favorites for that household without a per-copy royalty. You may color the pages on paper or privately on your own device, choose your own colors, and resize pages for household printing. Home education for members of your own household is permitted. Attribution for private use is appreciated but not required. You may not transfer the digital license to another household by forwarding the files. 3. Household scope and uses requiring separate permission This purchase does not include classroom-wide, school, childcare-center, club, community-group, business or other organizational use, whether paid or free. A teacher or caregiver may use the files privately in their own household, but may not supply them to students, clients or unrelated households under this license. Contact [email protected] before any use outside this household scope; separate permission or a separate license is required. Buying a printed paperback does not include the printable PDFs or permission to reproduce that paperback. 4. Printing services and file security You may provide the Book Files to a professional printing service only to make permitted copies for your own household. The provider may handle the files solely to complete that job and must not retain them for independent use, sell them, add them to a shared library or supply them to others. Request deletion after fulfillment, except where retention is legally required. You remain responsible for the files you authorize others to handle. Keep downloaded files and backups private; do not share purchase accounts, access passwords or private download links. Do not place the files in publicly accessible cloud folders, school portals or shared resource libraries. 5. Uses that are not permitted You may not sell, sublicense, give away, share, upload or redistribute the Book Files or reusable copies of the artwork, including scanned, traced, edited, recolored or reformatted versions. Do not sell printed coloring pages or colored copies, create print-on-demand products, publish another coloring book, include the artwork in stock assets, bundles, editable templates, downloadable stickers or competing products, or use it in advertising or client work. Coloring or modifying a page does not grant commercial rights in the original artwork. Do not claim that you created the original illustrations, claim exclusive ownership of them, or register the artwork itself as a trademark. Do not use the files unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights or falsely implies endorsement. These restrictions do not remove uses that applicable law permits independently of this license. 6. AI-generated artwork and third-party rights The original illustrations were created using AI tools, reviewed and prepared by packdrop.art. Copyright protection for AI-generated material varies by jurisdiction. No promise is made that every illustration is copyrightable, exclusive or eligible for registration. This license grants only the permissions packdrop.art can grant; it does not transfer rights in third-party trademarks, characters, people or other protected subject matter that may be depicted or resembled. No model or property releases are included. Purchasing this book does not authorize commercial exploitation of third-party rights or imply any third-party endorsement. 7. Digital delivery, printing and support For a digital purchase, the product description states the included files, page count and paper sizes. If US Letter and A4 PDFs are included, they contain the same designs in two paper sizes, not twice as many unique illustrations. No physical book, printer, paper or coloring supplies are shipped with the digital edition. Printed results depend on your paper, printer and settings; use the included printing guide, and do not assume ordinary paper will prevent marker bleed-through. Keep a private backup after downloading. For missing, corrupt, inaccessible or materially misdescribed files, contact [email protected] with your order reference so we can investigate and help you receive the correct files. Do not send account passwords or payment-card details. 8. Refunds and termination Digital purchases are subject to the return/refund policy shown at purchase. Digital sales are final except where required by applicable law; this license does not waive mandatory consumer rights, refund rights or remedies. For a full refund or final payment reversal, permission granted by that purchase ends to the extent allowed by law, and download access may be revoked. Stop making new copies or uses and remove retained digital source copies, except where lawful retention is required. This provision does not require destruction of pages already colored for household enjoyment or affect a separate valid purchase. A material breach may result in termination; where a breach can be remedied, packdrop.art will give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow to be restricted. 9. License versions and questions The version supplied or recorded with your purchase governs that purchase. Version 1.1 applies to purchases made under this version; it does not retroactively reduce permissions granted by earlier versions. Updated download packages do not replace the license that governs an earlier order. These terms do not impose an exclusive court, waive statutory protections or transfer third-party rights. If part of this license cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
