What this license covers This license covers the activity book PDFs, optional cover, related artwork and any included answer key identified in your paid order (the Book Files). The adult purchaser is the licensee. Each volume requires its own purchase. Payment grants non-exclusive, worldwide, continuing permissions below, subject to rights the seller can grant; it does not transfer ownership or exclusive rights. Previews or possession of shared files alone do not grant a license. This is not the unrestricted Commercial License for graphic packs. 2. Personal and household use You may download, store and privately back up the supplied files, print and reprint pages for your own household, and color or complete them on paper or privately on your own device. Household home education is included. Your own notes and coloring contributions remain yours; the underlying artwork is still subject to this license. No per-copy royalty or attribution is required for permitted use. 3. Included classroom permission One purchase also permits ONE named educator to use printed pages and supervised classroom display with ONE class or learning group of up to 30 individual students in total. The purchaser may be that educator or an organization assigning the license to one educator; it is not a school-wide, staff-wide or transferable license. Keep a private record of the educator and group. Pages may be reprinted for those same students, and each may take their own printed work home. A replacement class, a different educator or additional students requires another purchase or written permission. Ordinary tuition for instruction is allowed; selling worksheets, charging separately for the pages, or offering the book as a retail product is not. Copies of an included answer key are for the educator's preparation and supervised teaching; do not distribute reusable answer files. Do not give students, parents or colleagues the digital source files or reusable digital copies. Public resource libraries, shared school portals and unrestricted online classes are not included. 4. Printing services and file security A printing service may receive files only to produce the permitted household or classroom copies. It must not use them independently, retain them for unrelated work or supply others; request deletion after fulfillment unless legally required. Keep files, backups, accounts and download links private. The license cannot be transferred or sublicensed. Printed-paperback purchases permit the same household and classroom photocopying of activity/coloring pages but do not include downloadable PDFs or reproduction of the whole book for resale. 5. Uses that are not permitted Do not sell printed pages, colored copies, bound books or merchandise made from the artwork. Do not upload or republish on Amazon KDP, other publishing services or print-on-demand platforms. Do not sell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the digital files, scans, tracings, recolored versions or other reusable reproductions. Do not supply stock assets, bundles, editable templates, downloadable stickers, advertising artwork or client designs. Adding a logo, notes, color or other edits does not expand these permissions. Do not claim original authorship, exclusive ownership or trademark rights in the supplied artwork, infringe third-party rights or imply endorsement. 6. AI artwork and third-party rights Artwork was created using AI tools, reviewed and prepared by the seller. Copyright protection for AI material varies by jurisdiction; no promise of copyrightability, exclusivity, registration or model/property releases is made. Only permissions the seller can grant are included; third-party trademarks, characters, people and other protected subject matter are not licensed by this purchase. 7. Delivery, printing and support The product description and item list state the files, page count and sizes actually supplied. Different paper sizes contain the same designs, not additional unique designs. Digital purchases ship no physical book or supplies. Printed results depend on equipment, paper and settings; marker bleed-through prevention is not guaranteed. Keep a private backup. Contact the seller with your order reference for missing, corrupt, inaccessible or materially misdescribed files. Do not send passwords or card details. 8. Refunds and termination Digital sales follow the policy shown at purchase and are final except where applicable law or the marketplace requires a refund or remedy. Paperback returns follow the seller/marketplace rules applicable to that edition. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. A full refund or final payment reversal ends permissions from that purchase to the extent allowed by law; stop new uses and delete retained source copies unless lawful retention is required. Existing personal notes and completed student work need not be destroyed. Material breach may lead to termination; give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy a remediable breach. No term overrides rights the law does not permit to be restricted. 9. Versions and existing purchasers The version recorded with an order remains its original agreement. From 18 October 2026 the seller additionally grants the classroom permission in section 3 to existing valid paid purchasers of this same title from the seller, without another fee. This is an additional permission, not a reduction of earlier rights or a rewrite of order records. Future versions do not retroactively reduce previously granted rights. If any term is unenforceable, the remainder applies as allowed by law. Ask the seller before a use outside these permissions.
